Rei vas Vesper - Dragonborn

Another OC character from my story Dragonborn, this time my precious little Rei~!
Changed my colouring style a bit and added texture, so please leave a comment below. Critique Requested~!

Character Information:
Name: Rei vas Vesper
Faction: Silvan Elves, The Dragonborn Revolution
Age: 59 when first met by Aria (Elves live for a very long time, and Dragonriders are immortal, this age is equivalent to about 19 in human years)
Personality: Rei comes across as a hopeless dreamer cursed with bad luck but in reality she is extremely sure of what she wants, the liberation of her people from their self-imposed prison and to reclaim their past glory, and will do anything to get it, such as practising the forbidden school of blood magic.
Biography: Rei is cursed with what the Silvan call the Kiss of Fire, seen in her hair and eye colour, which they believe leads to a curse of bad luck and extremely volatile personalities. Rei and her older sister Ruka, orphans as both their parents were killed in the Purge, are the only two of this curse that the Vesper clan has ever had and as such were mistrusted and when Ruka was killed by Daemon, when Rei was still a child, nobody in the clan would take Rei in but the clan Shaman Madoki. From this event Rei was trained in the ways of Elven magic and walked the Shaman path, as she was expected to take over the position of clan Shaman and marry the person elected to be Elder, but as she grew Rei became convinced that the only way to save her clan from slowly dwindling into extinction, both from Daemon's rule and their seclusion which was leading to nearly non-existent birth rates, was to break free from their prison and reclaim their old glory and traditions. To the tune of this task she made a deal with a demon to learn the secrets of Blood Magic, essentially the control over blood, which is forbidden among all magic-users and especially among Shaman's who were extra-sensitive to the Beyond, and gained a certain level of mastery in this school. Rei practiced this in secret for many years until she was alone in the forest one day and she discovered a group of Human men that had broken into the Heart Forest and who tried to take advantage of her (elves are considered filthy, and are subject to widespread racism). Rei killed, a evil act against the creed of the Shamans, them with the forbidden magic and was discovered by Madoki who immediately placed her on trial before the clan, where she was sentenced to exile and stripped of all her titles and rights. However Aria also happened to be staying with the clan at this time and offered Rei a chance to redeem herself by serving as Aria's teacher in the ways of Elven Magic and companion during the Dragonborn Revolution. Rei jumped at this opportunity, as it also gave her the chance to fulfil her dreams.
And so the story of the Dreamer Revolutionary begins...
