Practice doodle for 3-quarter view which turned into...this I guess haha,
I'm trying to find my niche when it comes to style, and I'm really liking this cel-shaded, brightly coloured style. Also, discovered gradient shading, and how to paint gemstones!

Anyway this another character from my story Dragonborn, Sage Valarian, she is Aria's half-sister (they have the same father, King Whisper Valarian, but Sage's mother was the Queen, Aurora Valarian, who is also Whisper's sister, while Aria's mother was Whisper's mistress) and the rightful heir to the throne of Errahan.
Sage is a Queen without a kingdom, and boy does she hate it when people remind her of it. She believes she is the last of her kind as she does not know about Aria's existence as her sister (they were introduced as Princess and Courtier, not sisters) and desires nothing more than to restore herself to the throne and avenge her slaughtered family.
To this end Sage is shrewd, proud, stubborn, clever and immoral at times, willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her goals, this personality born from living ten years of her life hunted and as a renegade.
During the course of the story Sage marries a Bane (A people who dwell in the desert known as the The Dead Sea, whose culture is based on Middle-Eastern, Ancient Egyptian and Indian cultures) Prince, Zain al-Kalil, who is one of three candidates in line for the title of Shah, and the throne of the Bane peoples, on the suggestion of a Erranian Knight sworn to protect the house of Valarian who travels in her company.
This is a purely political match, designed to give Sage an army with which to retake her homeland and to expand the borders of the Bane kindgom, but the Shah despises foreigners, thus causing her and her husband to fall out of favour with him.
Sage orchestrates the murder of the Shah, with the help of her Erranian via Ashanti lover, Amadi.
Thus, chaos and the story of Dragonborn ensues...
